Hi!

I will be driving my daughter down from Boston to Yale for camp and want a place close enough to see her, not crowded by a tennis tournament with lots to do. In reading the posts here I have a pretty good idea what I want to do but I was wondering if anyone has ever stayed at or knows anything about the Roger Williams Inn? I will have a car so I'm not worried about it being far from the beach- I live at the beach on the West Coast so I'm used to driving.

That Inn is a hostel, so if you don't mind that type of accomadation, the Inn itself is fine. Its close to the Westerly area beaches and within walking distance to the summer Theater-By-The-Sea.

My wife managed summer rentals from Narragansett to Westerly and there were never any bad remarks about this Inn.

Westerly is a haul to Yale, though, so you may wish to look in New London or Mystic.
