I know no one can predict the weather but they have said that where I live (Calgary) we will have a warm winter in 2010 due to El Nino. Just wondering what effect El Nino will have on tropical areas, mainly Belize and the outer reefs/atolls. I don't want to spend a fortune to go kayaking/snorkelling on Glover's Reef to end up sitting in my tent all day because the water is too rough or the jellyfish too prevalent due to current, etc. Anyone have information on this? Thanks!
