Sorry Chelsea i dont know, but have sent you a pm might be worth ringing Southall Travel for a price on internal flights or information on booking direct with Kingfisher.
Good Luck
thanks for advice will take alook tried jet airways also but more expensive.
Hi Cheleawolves
Don't want to go digging my nose if DagenhamKal's PM dealt with issue of Indian Residents (ie permanent residents) and tourists paying different higher prices on internal flights. Sounds like you may have tried to book on the wrong basis (as permanent resident rather than as a tourist). Quite a price difference, but that's just the way it is. Different prices also apply for luxury hotels across India and for certain museums (such as Taj Mahal). Everyone pays the same on the train though! I think it's a fair system overall - I'd quite like the idea of being able to book luxury hotels in the UK at a discount & getting internal flights up to Scotland for a song too ...
thanks london raffles i know there,s two different prices but i went on the english one the address part was to do with the documentation
Why don't you phone Kingfisher airlines direct and do the booking, I did that a couple of years ago, made the booking on the phone they asked me for my email address then sent me confirmation via email which I printed off to use as my flight ticket. One thing, if you do the booking and pay by card carry it with you when you check in at Dabolim and Mumbai as you have to produce the card that you payed with.
first i rang kingfisher direct and found out trying to book online was a waste of time as only accept credit cards and not debit cards.then rang southall travel who have quoted me extra 30 pounds per person for same flights then offered it me for 20 pounds per person more.have,nt booked anything as yet lol.
hi Chelseawolves, try booking through Travelocity or Makemytrip.com, we have used them both without any problems.
We booked with travelocity.co.in/ as they are lot cheaper than booking direct with Kingfisher or Jet direct. We also recieved a 1500Rps discount on our return to the UK tickets and paid with a UK credit card
We also booked with makemytrip.com but had a lot of problems with the tickets been different flight times to what they quoted online, took over a month to get a credit
also take a look at yatra.in/
