What's the best way to get from Sankeien garden to Minato Mirai?

We will have JR pass but we can as well use the bus if that's the better way.

I would take the city bus (pay) to Yokohama Station , then use your JR pass to Sakuragicho Station (Negeshi Line) to access Minato Mirari:
