Looks to vacation in the keys,I read that Islamorada may be a nice place to relax and enjoy the beach in late july. Look for recommendations for a hotel, condo, etc . We a 13 year old so we are interested in accomidations that there would be other kids and activities. Appreciate you recommendations ...

beach locations other then islamorada would also be of interest

The hard part is finding a beach in Islamorada.

With a 13 yr old - check out The Islander, Chesapeak (sp) in Islamorada.

Or, Tranquility Bay in marathon.

Thanks for your response ... we are definitely interested in hanging out @ the beach ,,, maybe Marathon is a better location ?

It's really more a question of the resort than the location. Cheeca would have lots going on. Maybe the new Hilton in Key Largo?

Have you considered going all the way down to Key West? You'll find lot's to do day and night. Take a look at the Key West forum for some suggestions.
