My fiance and I hung out there for a day in Febuary...IMHO it is a very classy place! Expensive but really nice! I think if you can afford it you will have a fantasitic time. Have a great trip.

You should have no worries about the Palazzo. I've stayed there on 3 occasions in the last year and have been completly satisfied every time.. both with the product and the service.

I stayed at Palazzo in March. It was very very nice.

The service was friendly and professional.

No complaints.

I expect it to be exceptional there. That's why I booked it for Septemeber.

Stayed there in March 2009 and loved it.

The rooms and service were first class.

Staying at the V in October and have zero worries.

I can only go by my own experience which has been very positive in each of my 5 stays this year. The staff are friendly and go out of their way for you. The CWs can be a little slow but that's true of any large place.

I love that they have an expeditor working at the registration area to get you checked in asap. If a room isn't ready they will call you when it is. When you check out, they offer to print boarding passes for you.

I haven't read any recent reviews but all the staff have been great to me; front desk, bell men, Club Grazie staff, bartenders, restaurant staff, housekeeping, pool staff, CWs, casino floor people, etc. I can't imagine what problems anyone would have. Guess I'll have to go see.
