This is my first time posting, and my grammers aren't that great either so bear with me.
Little background about this trip
This is my first time taking domestic flight, usually i go international so not sure what time to leave and such. I just turned 21 and decide to go some where, then came across this deal from us airway 4 days 3 night at Monte Carlo with show tickets. It was only $200 with tax and transportation from/to the airport and hotel.

It didn't start out too well. I set my alarm clock at 4am so i can catch my flight at 7:00am, but i didn't hear the alarm go off. At around 5:45am got up and use the bathroom, then i was like oh crap its 5:45, got to the airport around 6:15am, waited in the wrong line, line was for checking in bags...wasted another 10 minutes there. Waited in line for sercurity checkpoint, there was about 100 people in front of me. I was lucky the line was moving fast, now its around 6:40am. I start looking for the gate, but the gate was at the end of the terminal. Got on the plane around 6:50am. Whew I was lucky they let me board. Plane ride was quicker than i thought, arrived at Vegas at 9:00am. I was suprise they had slot machines in the airport, but hey its vegas. Mess around with the roseatta stone machine for a bit before i left the airport. Got to the hotel, and try asking for a early check in. They told me all the rooms are being clean at this point, only the higher floors are available but it was 10 bucks more each night. I took it since me and my gf were tired and needed sleep, otherwise we would have to wait till 3 to check in thats way too long. Woke up at night, walk around the strip not sure where to eat, then we saw Margaritaville, food was alrite nothing special. Walk around some more, and harrah's casino catched my eyes since it was 5 bucks per hand at blackjack. Played for couple hours, was winning until a lady took the seat to my right which took all my good hands. I shouldve got up but not sure why i didn't. Then it start going down hill from there. At least I broke even in the end.

Shopped at this mall on the strip, everything was so cheap...sales tax was only 8.25% compare to 9.75% Watched KA afterward, wow i was amazed how good it was, in the little stage they have. No matter where you sit, its a good seat. Forgot where we had dinner that day...

Had brunch at Monte Carlo buffee, it is not worth the money at all. Food was decent, not much selection. Sat down at the blackjack table at monte carlo, i thought 1 on 1 with the dealer would be fun. First thing the dealer said to me was "my boss is mad cause i keep losing today" I was getting bad hands, then she took me just play two hands and with in 10 minutes I the was up by $100 i beleive. I shouldve left but dealer had really interesting story and we were getting along quite well. A strange guy sat next to me, within minutes i lost everything. I belive he was working for the casino trying to mess up my hand, he was quite werid, and betting a really big amount $50 per hand at a $10 table. After that all we did was walk around the strip check out different casino and played slots here and there, more blackjack, take pictures...etc. End up losing $200 today...Went to Ah Sin for all you can eat sushi, one of the nastiest place i ever been to. The rice was old, nothing was fresh. However I order yellow tail and salmon, which is not from the all you can eat sushi menu, it was one of the best i ever had. If you plan to go here make sure and MAKE SURE you don't order all you can eat sushi. Reason why I tried sushi buffet is, the one in reno @ Atlantis hotel is the best, that place was well worth my money. If you get a chance try that out.

Last day at Vegas, try asking for a late check out all they can do is extend it by 1 hour cause the hotel is sold out due to july 4. My flight isn't till 7pm. So far wherever i eat at Vegas is not that great. I saw this flipino restaruant in the hawian plaza. I am chinese and my gf is flipino, and i love flipino food. This place is pretty good, authenic too, and cheap. This is the type of food to eat if you want good food or lost money at Vegas. Give it a try. Then walk around to different casino and trying to stay close, since the shuttle to the airport is around 5:20 from Monte Carlo to airport. Went to New York New York and walk around there, and saw another $5 dollar blackjack table, very suprising on a friday plus its a weekend getaway.
Any advice for blackjack would be appreciated :)
