We are going to be staying in Jerusalem with family in late August and would like to do a day trip down to the dead sea. A couple of years ago, on a two week tour, one of our tour days was spent at a beautiful hotel there with beach access, lovely outdoor pool and indoor spa. We didnt stay there overnight. Would love to spend a similar day this time but not to stay at a hotel and not as part of an organised tour (have done Masada etc). I am having difficulty finding information about a day pass to a hotel that would allow us to use its facilities for the day without accommodation. Does anyone know if this is available and how we book? We are happy to take public transport down there
