You can hire a taxi but they are a bit pricey. We have used a taxi on occasion to get to/from the airport. You might want to call these folks for a quote. http://www.southshoretaxi.com/

Try surf and turf shuttle service or speedishuttle. Both are usually a bit cheaper than a taxi.

Shuttle service is now available between Poipu and Koloa ($3 per person) and the Airport ($15 per person) from 4am to 9pm. Contact Surf & Turf at 808-651-4779.

Do they go all the way to Waimea? I guess you can call.

These folks also might not go to Waimea (according to their website) but it's worth a phone call as well.

Sorry, Speedishuttle does go to Waimea but they are a bit pricey, IMO.
