Hi. Has anyone any experience of the rep service in Sirenis Hotel Playa Dorada, Cala Llonga. Direct Holidays in general. Can you smoke in any parts of the above hotel. Thanks

Have always found Sirenis hotels to be very clean and well run in Ibiza and spain in general. Direct holidays will just be booking rooms not sure who owns them now used to be part of the going places group. Smoking rules are now similar to the u.k.

Hi,

Direct holidays are now part of Thomas Cook group. We went to Cala Llonga with Aspro Holidays staying at El Pinar which is opposite your hotel in the bay.

Aspro were taken over at the same time as Direct Holidays and we had a Thomas Cook rep rather than Aspro one I think. Not that we saw much of her because we were having too much of a good time to look for her.
