Hi
Going to Hanioti on 2nd August for 14 days. Can anyone give me an idea of costs for meals and drink.
Also are there any cash machines, as it may work out cheaper to just use my debit card.
Back one week. Two atm's that i used one in main square. And one at top of the from the main square to petrol station. Prices about the same as here you need to look around.
You can eat as cheap or expensive as you want here. If you want cheap you can eat in Kostas Mythos about 1 euro a bottle and Gyros about 2 euros going up to 5 euros if you want chips and rice with it. Gusto italiano does great pizzas very inexpensive and they usually give you cake for free when you ask for the bill. Pallini restaurant slightly more expensive but most things less than 10 euro, if you get wine ask for the house wine if you are not fussy as its very nice and much cheaper than some of the others. They may offer you bread while you wait but they do charge for this but then again they usually bring you sweet pancakes with your bill. (this restaurant to the right of Gusto Italiano down a side street on the right). In general Mythos is the cheapest drink although this can vary from 1 euro to 3 euros. Cocktails and shorts are about 7 euros each but usually quite generous measures.
