Our party of eight was very disappointed. After being whisk out of the Sandals lounge five minutes after arriving, Sandals failed to secure a safe transfer driver from the airport to the resort. The driver would not allow us to load the bus until we paid him a $1.00 tip for each piece of luggage he had just loaded. About 12 people were on this transfer bus and not everyone was willing to pay him that. It was an uncomfortable stand off on a hot and crowded parking lot. The driver then drove recklessly and seemed irritated. We were almost in a horrible accident with a tractor trailer on the way to the resort causing several people to scream on the bus. Our transfer driver did not yield and he was at fault.

The Sandals Whitehouse supper buffet was only open one night of our stay. The buffet is very small with not much variety. There were no rainy day activities. Room requests that we made with our travel agent prior to arriving were not given any attention. This was by far the most basic resort we have ever visited. I would not recommend it.

Sandals Whitehouse was 7 days in paradise. The staff could not do enough to make our stay as relaxing as possiable. The beach was manicured to the point you could "eat" off it. The pool was sooooo relaxing and the swim up bar, wonderful. We had the romantic dinner on the beach, WOW!!! It was raining earlier and I asked our butler Christoph if he could do something about it, he said he'd try. After he left 5 minutes later it stopped raining, and the sun came out! You got to love it. The room was stocked with our favorite drinks and kept clean and fresh. We loved it so much we coming again next summer. The experience was so romantic even for a couple celebrating their 30th anniversary. There is so much to do or do nothing at all. It didn't hurt that food was fantastic and much to challenge the culinery palate. Can't say enough great things. If looking to kick it up or to kick back Sandals Whitehouse is PARADISE!!!!

We just returned from a seven day stay at Sandals Whitehouse, Jamaica and we did'nt want to leave! We can't say enough about Whitehouse and the staff, the resort is gorgeous, the rooms are clean and beautiful, with a great view, and the staff is incredible, very friendly, warm and professional. The restaurants have great service and great food with enough variety for all. The main pool is huge and very clean. The resort has two additional smaller privately locate pools that are very nice too. This resort has all you need right on site from the restaurants and shopping to the spa and activities. The night time entertainment is great too. You will not be disappointed when you stay at this resort. This is our second time at Sandals Whitehouse, and we will be going back!

we went to sandals whitehouse in jamaica for our five year anniversary. we had an exceptional time there. the food is amazing, the people are so nice and friendly. i loved the music(live bands playing every night) and the whole atmosphere was great. the resort is very nice. very clean and the rooms were spacious. we are definaltey going back! we left the resort twice to see jamaica itself, i highly reccomend it. its breath taking. also reccomend the cannopy tour and the ys falls tour. both so fun and the scenery is unbeatable. this was the best vacation ever. we love sandals and we love jamacia mon! we are going to sandals again next year, the hard part is picking which location to stay at! Once you see how much you get with a sandals vacation, it will be very hard to book with anyone else. Everything is included, and everything is very high quality its simply amazing!
