My husband and I received a voucher for 3 free nights at a Sandals because of our horrible experience at the Sandals in the Bahamas. I was hesitant to even go back, but since we had the voucher, my husband booked it. This resort was far nicer than the Bahamas. The property is large, staff is great and the property was immaculate. The downside was this resort is 2 hours from anything, so if you're going for a short trip, don't expect to leave the resort. I wanted to see Dunn's River Falls, but that trip left at 9:30am and didn't return until 5:30pm. Too much for one day, when we were only there 3 days total. The food was well below average. I think I lost 3 pounds just going there! Guissepies was awful. We had breakfast at Baysides and the first day, after eating eggs, I was sick. After that I stuck to toast and banana's. Asain was ok, considering how bad the others were. Arizona's was do-able, for chips and salsa, but that's about it. It's rough when there's nothing to do but go out to eat and all the restaurants are bad. The property is nice if you just want to hang at the pool and beach. We met nice people, and the staff is very accomodating. For the price, I expect more.
