Every year my family and I drive to Italy and this year we decided to stay at this hotel whilst travelling. We pre booked with them and everything seemed fine, we arrived at about 6.30pm and were showed to our rooms,they had forgot to put a cot in my wifes room and so i went to ask for one and they were quite busy at the time, after a long wait in reception a German/English speaking gentleman arrived, I kindly asked if it was possible to have a cot in our room, he said he would have it done soon so we booked in the restaurant for our evening meal, the food was very nice but the service was terrible after 2hrs the children were tired and the baby was sleeping in my wifes arms, we went to my wifes room and there was no cot there so i kindly asked again about having a cot sent up, the same man at reception said we would have to wait about 1hr, I reminded him that i asked for it a few hours ago, he got very angry and mumbled somthing to me in German ?
I went to my wife to explain and then decided to complain, I went back down and after a long wait the same man came and i asked if i could speak to the Manager, honestly he started shouting to me and said he was the owner and that i was not welcome to this hotel, WHAT CAN I DO, i went back to our room after about 40 minutes a cot turned up and that was that, the next morning we left. I will never go there again I would rather sleep in the car next time.
