We have stayed at this charming, comfortable and welcoming place several times and sampled each of the available rooms. We have always had a warm welcome however busy Ian & Annette & Caroline have been and I am sure if someone has had a bad experience there would be an explanation. Our family of four were fortunate to stay here for two nights during May this year. We could not have been greeted more warmly nor treated with more hospitality during our stay. Ian and Annette are the most gracious hosts we met during our extended stay in the UK and we would love to return.
Nothing had been forgotten in our rooms, from the interesting little books on the bedside table to the delicious sherry so generously provided for the cool afternoons.
Bottles of filtered water in the bathrooms, luxurious bath products, fluffy bathrobes and showers that actually delivered hot water!! Bliss.
Annette very kindly offered suggestions for our dinner and booked the reservations for us at a wonderful local pub.
Breakfast was excellent and there was even a jar of Vegemite on the table - my daughter thought she'd died and gone to heaven!!!!!
The gardens are magnificent and the horses love the apples that are in the fruit bowls in the rooms.
Not only do we recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone who's travelling to this part of the UK we insist that they stay here to experience a slice of true English charm.

Fantastic farmhouse B&B in the countryside, 10 mins from Salisbury. The hospitality was excellent, breakfast delicious and rooms not only beautiful, but full of character and atmosphere. It's the second time we've stayed and Ian and Annette accommodated us in every way and made us feel welcome during our stay.

Lovely setting, top-notch facilities and breakfast at this B&B, but the most important thing for us was lacking, the hospitality of the hosts. We arrived before the approximate time we had given them, which was about 5pm, only to be greeted with "who are you" at the door. And then we were made to feel like we had in some way inconvenienced them by arriving, and told it would be 20 minutes till our bedroom was ready. No effort was made on their behalf to make us feel welcome and hence we will not be staying here again.
