We had an excellent meal in this intimate and very comfortable restaurant on the Quay. You are welcomed immediately on arrival by the owner who is excellent at Front of House whilst his wife heads up the kitchen. Our party of four all loved the food. As you would expect fish was really good and deserts first class including the Creme Brullee which is a test of a good kitchen with this one being exceptional. Its nice to go to an establishment which is privately owned and really well run by the proprietors who take care with everything they do. Good wine list including local English wines. Well done. Wed return again and in 5 days in North Devon this was clearly the best we found.
