we arrived with our hands full, the girl behided the counter asked us if we would like to pay now or before we left. we decided to pay the next day. my partner some time later went to the car to pick up our 4 month year olds milk. on return the same girl said she would need to put the pre charge though. my husband said that he couldnt as it was my card and that we were going to pay in cash. she continued to say in case anything happens to the room. the way she said this made us feel unwelcome and as if we were going to do a runner in the morning. the next day we got up for breakfast we waited for a while at least 15mins before being served. another customer actully knocked on the kitchen door to be served as the girl was taking too long. we went to the front desk and said we were going to settle the bill. the woman at the desk asked for the card as the girl from the night before had put though my card details after my husband said he couldnt aurthrise it as it was not his card. we said agian we were paying cash a mere £40.00. the woman need help as she didnt know how to put the cash through. the room was dirty the shower curtain looked like it had pink mould on bottom of it. there was only two sets of towels. lucky i had a towel for my little one. the room was very hot there was no control over this apart from opening the window but as my baby was on the floor beside this she could of caught a chill. the room was dark and the carperts werent much better. i would not recommed this place. you would be better off staying in a public toilet.
