Arrived for lunch without booking on Good Friday & were offered a choice ot tables, service was very friendly & well-informed - we were offered a better table after another couple left, but we were happy to stay where we were. Very clean place with amazing metal sea-inspired sculptures on the wall. Food was good, with an interesting & unusual wine list (predominantly Spanish)
My whole brown crab looked amazing, but I have to say the one they serve at the Loch Fyne Oyster bar is better (you get a side salad & brown bread as well - for a similar price). Crab just on it's own in a bowl seemed like something was missing.. My husband's scallops & langoustines were great. Excellent pudding - meaning I ate far more than planned
As an added plus, there's a great shop next door selling fish, deli foods & a range of Spanish pottery - the business sells fish to Spain & imports pottery back .Well worth a detour to visit here.
