We waited till the last night to eat here, the weather had been rainy each afternoon so waiting for that perfect sunset, well it never came, it was still cloudy but we went anyway. One the rain cleared up and the blinds were opened it was really pretty sitting right on the edge of the beach with all the lights and the big budha up the hill. Food was good too pepper chilli mudcrab comes highly reccommended

“We loved it!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 11 October 2011

We went there a couple of times during our time in koh samui. I have two kids, an 11 and 14 year old. They had a western menu and a thai menu. My 11 year is a very fussy eater so he was able to order his staple diet - a cheeseburger, while the rest of us where able to dine on food more in keeping with our taste which was the local thai food. The food was great value and delicious. It is located not very far away from the Outrigger hotel where we were staying so we could walk there. My boys loved it as they had several big tv's so they were able to watch the sport channels while my husband and I could concentrate on the ambience of the restaurant and the great food. The restaurant, like many of the restaurants in Koh Samui, is an open aired restaurant and is situated with a terrific view of the water. I believe when the weather is better, the sunsets from the cafe are amazing. Unfortunately we had a lot of cloud the 2 times we went there so we missed out on the spectacle. The cocktails were great and we even cracked open a bottle of wine. The proprietor made himself known to us as soon as we walked in and we immediately felt at home. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for good food at a great price. Great for families as well. It is not a fine dining experience so if it is fine dining you are after, you probably need to look elsewhere.

Congratulations Mark, you have a great restaurant. When we are in Koh Samui again, we will definately be returning to your lovely restaurant. Marie & John - Melbourne, Australia

“Best dining experience in Samui”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 18 September 2011

This place has it all -gorgeous views, wonderful sea breezes while you watch the sunset, great service and then the best Thai food we have eaten since arriving in Samui.
We read about BBC in a local paper today and thort we would give it a whirl. First of all from the minute we entered, the service was friendly and first class... they were very attentive. We ordered the Lemongrass Prawns which were sensational. I think this is the best Thai dish I have ever tasted and that is quite a statement coming from someone who has lived in Thailand. We also had a green curry and a stir fry pork dish both of which were great. This is the best Thai restaurant I have ever eaten at and we plan to go back agin before we leave to try out a few more dishes. They also have all day happy hour and an extensive western menu featuring a few kiwi inspired dishes. Prices are good. This is one place you should not miss

“Lovely views and good food.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 September 2011

We had both a lunch and a dinner here and both were good. The views from the restaurant are fantastic and there's direct access onto a little beach which the children enjoyed.

For lunch we ate western food - delicious club sandwiches, burgers and ham & chips!!

In the evening the children still ate western food but we had seafood and Thai food. The stir fried tiger prawns were in a delicious sauce which I tried to get the recipe for! The Thai food was also good.
