The restaurant is open onto a beautiful location in Speyside with the ocean just a few feet away. Just the bar part of this restaurant was open when we stayed at the inn for a week. Lunch is very casual with a sign that states clothing should be dry and bathing suits covered. In the evening, things get dressed up a little with tablecloths and candles; so, the men may want to wear pants and a polo shirt, but shorts are acceptable. There are no plastic dining chairs, here, like other restaurants in Speyside.
For lunch, there are burgers, sandwiches, and wraps served with thick, homemade fries or salad ($75 TT). You could also get a fish or chicken meal ($85 TT) but I found the chicken to be dry. Everything else was good. The flying fish sandwich is filling and delicious.
Dinner is a little pricier with the same sized servings as lunch but there are different options and on the weekend a "special" is offered. You can choose from 2 or 3 courses and the price includes dessert; however, if you don't want dessert, the price is reduced accordingly. Prices started at $95TT for 2 courses and no dessert for the special and then increased from there. The dinner menu did change regularly. The kingfish is excellent.
Table service was good and service from the bar was average.
