Fernleigh is not the best looking B&B from the outside, but the warm welcome you receive from Ann helps to quickly forget! She was a wonderfully attentive host for our 2 night stay and I found her very welcoming, and her breakfast was the best out of the 5 places myself and my partner stayed!
Our room was just fabulous, also the best room we have had during our stay! A lovely size but had a quaint, cottage like feel to it. The bed was huge, luxurious and very comfortable and the view from our window was just stunning. The only gripe was we couldn't lock our door when we went out, but it didn't bother us too much as there was always someone in the house.
What can I say about Coverack? One of beautiful places I've ever been to! On arrival, I was literally quite taken aback as to how stunning this village is, particularly on a bright sunny day and the drive down to the seafront. My favourite hideaway on Cornwall, and after our trip, I wouldn't hesitate living here! The Bay Hotel is lovely for a drink, The Paris Hotel was very charming, and had a fantastic menu! If it's still available on your stay, try the seafood tapas platter! The fish and chip shop is also very nice.
Coverack is perfect if you're looking for a more peaceful corner of Cornwall. Although there isn't lots to do here, it's the perfect location for relaxing. I would definitely return here for a longer stay in a cottage, but I couldn't highly enough recommend staying at Fernleigh for a shorter stay!
