I stayed in a 2 bed appartment with my wfie and 16 week old baby and cannot praise enough the quality of the accommodation, friendliness of the staff and quality of the food. Normally there are always slight niggles and problems when going away for the week and we were aprehensive being our first "week long" holiday with our baby but we could nto have chosen better. From the moment we arrived everything was as it should be. Having only been completed last year the accommodation is spacious and well fitted out, very clean and exactly what I woudl have hoped for. Liekwise the facilities are all top quality and we will go back. I would recommend anyone to stay in the Appartments and can only assume the Hotel rooms are equally high spec. I will look for this Hotel chain for anywhere else I plan to stay.

One of the most impersonal expensive hotel i've ever had the misfortune to stay in, and in an awkward location so you can't escape that easily. For the amount of money you pay and the type of rooms in this place i felt quite ripped off. I was expecting so much better and was kicking myself. I've never known worse soundproofing and didnt sleep very well as i could hear people talking in the room next to us. Thought the room decor quite basic for a supposed 4 star, quite cheap furniture. If you looking to relax in a luxurious environment, don't come here its a complete waste of money. Pool was also small and crowded, i couldn't wait to leave. Got overcharged on departure and staff weren't very good about it and it took ages to sort out.

Modern hotel with good choice of tv stations on the plasma tv in the bedroom. The large newish bathroom still looked pretty new and the bed was comfortable, unlike the pillows.
Lack of air-con on a very hot day made my room very humid and the car park is quite a walk away (if you book through Laterooms, you'll know that they usually send you to the room furthest from Reception.)
The breakfast was dire, with warm orange juice, cold toast, fatty bacon and a miserable waitress. Management please note !

We stayed at the Water Park hotel over 3 days for our second wedding anniversary. My husband booked one of the suites (room 305) which made the break extra special. The room was fantastic with a huge bed facing a window wall overlooking the lake and the bath set behind a glazed screen. We were half board and enjoyed eating at the hotel, although it woud have been nice to have a different dinner menu at some point over the three nights. Staff were friendly and the waiting staff at dinner made a particular effort to welcome you and treat you as individuals. We used the swimming pool complex a couple of times with it's hydrotherapy, steam room and sauna. We also had the 'rasul' treatment which was a lot of fun (involving mud and a steam room!). The hotel is a great location for exploring the Cotswolds - we did a little day trip taking in Burton on the Water, Stow on the Wold, Moreton in Marsh and Broadway.
