have to book early as it was not easy to co ordinate our limited time ( a week) with available times for the event. I really like to cook in many styles and I have lived (and cooked) in tropical countries and I still learned some very useful ways to use the local foods . These will be useful at home (in Canada ) too. The event was well planned for those of us that like to get into the 'mix' and those who like to eat but maybe not get as involved with the production. The food was great and we got to take the left overs home. i would do another class if we visited Antigua again.
