My wife and I went for four nights for her 40th Birthday. We felt like we had our own little house right outside Hamilton. Everything was very clean. The room was really two rooms with a small kitchette between them. Good for making tea and popcorn if you wanted and a small fridge for milk. We like to keep to ourselves and we did not have to deal with anyone, which was great. We had the pool (small but nice) to ourselves everyday. The breakfast was easy and nice. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The location is great for going into to town. We have four small kids, and I would not recommend this place for large families. My wife and I were looking for a romantic getaway place and we found it! We will be back and will recommend this place to everyone.

I was very impressed with this hotel and I will certainly use it again on my regular trips to Bermuda. It is comfortable and well run with excellent staff and although slightly out of the main part of Hamilton is within easy walking distance.

We loved just everything about this place but what made it so special was the warmth , friendliness and helpfulness of ALL the staff. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We would loved to have seen a tree frog but all we did was to hear them! Anybody any ideas on how to spot a tree frog?!

Absolutely wonderful stay! My husband and I went to Royal Palms for our first anniversary and I would go back again and again. The rooms were lovely (ours had a pretty deck and veranda) . The breakfast every morning was DELICIOUS and the staff was extremely helpful l. Sonya and John gave us great advice on where to visit. They also helped my husband set up a tee time for golf. It's a 10 minute walk into downtown, but don't be afraid of that because you have all the amenities of the city at your doorstep and all the privacy and seclusion of a lovely little inn. I would choose Royal Palms hands down over the other megga hotels for it's personalized service and comfort. The pool is rather small, but you are a quick jaunt to the ferries and busses which will take you to the most gorgeous beaches ever.
