Hello! We stayed in your hotel from 29.04.2012 year on 13.05.2012, first in the room 3101, then in the room 3319. We are very satisfied, but there were some moments, which are somewhat marred our holiday. When we lived in a room 3301, we crawled ants, twice huge cockroaches. Carpets smell, which could not miss the maids. However, on such "trifles" they apparently paid no attention. Towels brought us always one less than it was. When we have clogged the toilet, we have twice called the master, but he is not eliminating the cause of clogging left. We used half of the non-toilet bowl, until one day he did not перелился over the edge. Thank God, that in Your hotel has a wonderful girl Elena Marshalova, which responded to our every request for assistance. Such professionals, such sensitive and attentive staff found everywhere is very difficult. We would like to Express her enormous gratitude for her work, for responsiveness and willingness to always come to the aid. Thanks to her, we moved from the room in which was broken toilet and crawled on the bed ants. From it we can always get any of the information you are interested. I would also like to note that, in room 3319, maid refused to put us in the refrigerator beer, and not reported 2!!! towels! We were forced to each day, after cleaning the rooms call Elena and a request to us in the room told, that for what we paid.
But despite these shortcomings in the work of the maids, the rest of us really liked it. Hotel is wonderful, the food and everything else we liked very much. Thank you very much again Marshalova Elena-our guardian angel.

Concerning to the ants’ situation in your room, we fumigate the premises on regular basis; however, due to the hotel’s structure, characterized by wide open spaces, and taking into consideration the Tropical Climate of the country, the presence of such species may not be avoidable at all times.
We feel proud and grateful for your compliments on the efforts and dedication demonstrated byElena Marshalova; it is thanks to Employees like her that we are able to accomplish our goal – the total satisfaction of our guests. Please be sure we will share this comment with our staff.
