this was the first time i stay at the Gloriana, i would stay there again. the staff was very kind. the hotel to me was very family orientation. they made me feel welcome. i would tell my friends back home in washington dc, if they visit and money not right, this hotel is the place to be. not far from the hip strip, clean. the only thing is they need to up there time for guest that come to see you, when you do have friends to visit you. i will be back.

Upon arrival I had the most pleasant Representative assist we in checking in. Rooms were small but warm and welcome, felt as if I was visiting a family member. The employees especially the girls in room service and one particular one at the bar was so helpful, and went out of there way to ensure all was well at all time.

I have gone there several times a year over the last 5 years and though I find some of their policies unfair and all about the dollar I find there is more good than not good about this hotel and wil still be a frequent guest

We were shown our room and found the first one to be a little musty and as such requested that an air freshner be placed in the room.

The front desk staff were less than receptive to our request. And after checking in we realised that it was actually the bed linen which was the cause for much of the odor. We requested that it be changed and removed from the room and were subjected to sum it up in one word - Abuse.
