“We were 100% satisfied with Tres Palmas Inn!”

Very clean and extremely helpful staff. We would definitely stay here again. Beach towels readily available for repeat trips to the beach – which is right across the street.
Hot coffee, juice, cereal, toast/bagels, etc for breakfast. Our trip to the rain forest was arranged from the office and our tour guide Joe was one of the best we have ever had on any excursion. We were 100% satisfied with Tres Palmas Inn and look forward to visiting again.

“A Darling Guest House with Great Service!!”

Tres Palmas Inn

We loved this darling little guest house filled with flowers and plants. We had a wonderful room with an ocean view. It was great to come back after a night on the town and relax on the rooftop jacuzzi facing the ocean. The service was superb--we got lots of great recommendations and they couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, particulary Isaac. The continental breakfast was also decent with coffee, cereal, fresh bananas, coffee cake, and bagels. A great choice if you prefer to stay somewhere more homey and less touristy!

“Tres Palmas Nice Quiet Place”

Tres Palmas Inn

We really liked this B&B. QUIET and felt like we had the entire place to ourselves. Rooms were very clean, had towels, hair dryer, shampoo & soap. Clean room towels & beach towels always available. Full kitchen off lobby available anytime. Refrigerator in our room was nice. Clean pool, clean well kept grounds. Gated B&B - parking right in front on street. Ocean only steps away across the street. Wireless internet in our room. Staff keeps to thereself, they don't bother you at all. We would definetely stay here again. All rooms have nice locations, we have with an ocean view. Any of them would be good. Light continental breakfast, toast, begels, bananas, cereal, coffee & juice. They do charge you for your stay right when you check in. Very helpful with directions. Lovely, quiet street.

We went from one hotel to another until we encountered this one, and this is one of the most affordable, and in a perfect location!
The beach is just across the street, and the rooms were clean. Its not a luxury hotel, but if your going with your buddies for a vacation, this is the perfect place!!

“Best kept secret in San Juan”

Tres Palmas in Ocean Park is one of the best in expensive kept secrets in San Juan. I stayed here for 6 days and five nights from July 18-23, 2007. The staff here is very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to assure that all guests are comfortable and have access to any and everything that one might need. Issac took care of arranging for an inexpensive rental as well as tours and attractions in Puerto Rico. My room was small, but nice and clean, you got fresh towels daily, the maid service also did anything that you asked of them to assure your comfort as a guest. I was able to take very nice pictures from the rooftop as well as see a live Iguana in one of the trees nearby, it is a photographers paradise as one can also see all of the windsurfers and boaters at the beach which is located directly in front of Tres Palmas. Issac suggested tours of the rain forest, Old San Juan and other places of interest. The rates for a room here are very inexpensive and worth every penney of it especially when you're treated so well. (This was my first trip to PR!) Continental breakfast was served daily and you had the opportunity to socialize with other guests if you so chose. I would highly recommend this guesthouse as a place for someone looking to enjoy Puerto Rico without having to spend as much money as you would at a hotel or overpriced resort. This Guesthouse is located between the popular Isle Verde and Condado sections of San Juan PR, with prompt taxi service if you need it. I will stay here again upon my return to Puerto Rico.
