We booked two nights prior to a cruise. Called ahead regarding late arrival. When we got to the hotel, the desk clerk told us our room was given away. We booked king bed and fold out couch. To make a long and disappointing story short, we were finally told he found our room. When we got to the room at almost one AM, it was two full size beds.. for two adults and one teen. Deceptive. That was not the room we paid for. Went back down and were told there was now a king available with pull out. Got to the room.. the king was there and a matress on the floor. Went back down to the desk and was told that a matress on the floor was the definition of a roll away bed. We were threatened with having our reservation cancelled at 1:15 am. We reluctantly took the room. We didn't want to start looking for a room during spring break at that time of the morning. The next morning, we were comped breakfast and moved to the category room we reserved. In this one, the airconditioner leaked water on the floor. The night clerk continually blamed the evening desk help. He seemed to have no idea how to look for room availability.
We had a paid reservation for the return after the cruise. We were not given the room reserved, again. We had to take the double beds. The air conditioner was so moldy we couldn't use it. Just by looking at the filter it was clear that it hadn't been serviced in a long time.
I would avoid this hotel like the plague....
