This was the second time that we stayed there. It is a great place for young people, close to the La Guancha, Castillo Serralles, Parque de Bombas, Deny's, Mall's etc; something for everyone. Very clean, people were nice, nice food, quiet at nights, has el tuque speedway next to it and a small pub. Gazebo full of hamacs!!!!! great for a relaxing nap ;). Overall i give it an A +. Planing to stay there soon!!!!!!

First / Checkin - Expect wait and wait and wait for someone at the front desk to help you. The girl who checked me in was on the phone for 20 minutes before she even acknowledged that I was there. Not friendly at all.

Second / Noise - Noise and carrying on all night long so I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who has small children or plan to sleep.

Third / Washing Clothes - No door to the washroom. Mosquito’s all over the place...wow!! I had to have all the clothes separated before i even went in there. It was a nightmare.

Forth / Checkout - Try to checkout in the middle of the night...you can't!!! The front desk was closed. Ummm, where do I leave where room key?....Ummm, don't know because they don't tell you.

Lastly - A month after I stayed at the hotel, I received my credit card statement. Noticed an extra day that was charged to my account ($100.00). I wrote a letter and faxed it to the hotel supervisor JESSICA. Called numerous times and guess what?!...NO CALL BACK. At one point I called and i was told to call back in 15 minutes...guess what?...she left for the night.

OH, BTW - It's not as clean as the pictures show. Never going there again.

The hotel has a very beautiful view the rooms are pretty nice. Me and my fiancee stayed there I actually asked her to marry me there. The problems that we had was that we payed for breakfast and we never had any to eat everytime we went to eat all the food was gone.also we had bed bugs on our beds we both had bites all over I checked the beds and found flea like bugs. we talked to the employee and they moved us to another room were we also gotten bit that same night it rained really hard I had my laptop on the table charging when I started hearing drops of water when I looked at my laptop it was all wet. I was really upset they moved us to another room were we finally got some good sleep we left the next day. Anyone who wants to go to this hotel just make sure you get what your paying for I payed 900 dollars It wasn't worth it. We stayed there 1week.

We reserved this hotel room "sight unseen" and were pleasantly surprised. It is decorated very "islandy" and is clean, grounds are nice, serves minimal breakfast. But....it is part of a racing complex. You can hear the announcements and cars/motorcycles VERY WELL from the rooms. Ask before booking if a race is scheduled! Very reasonably priced. Nothing within walking distance, but driving distances are close.
