Green Monkey Dive Shop is very well operated. The first review for the dive shop states that you can have a drink before or after your dive(s). That is not exactly true. If you are diving, you will not be served any alcoholic beverage before your dives...only after your last dive of the day. It is both irresponsible and dangerous to yourself and other divers to drink, then dive. Troy and Melody adhere to the practice of safe diving...they will not serve alcohol to anyone who has not finished diving for the day.

While in Montserrat last week we had the opportunity to have a boat tour around the island with the Green Monkey Dive shop in Little Bay owned by Melody and Troy. Together they run a Dive shop. You can learn to dive or they can take experienced divers on dive trips around the island. They also have a bar where you can have a drink before or after your dive for you or your friends that do not want to dive. Non divers can come out on the boat during a dive for sightseeing or photo opportunities. Troy is very experienced and a great teacher. Prices are very competitive and safety is number one. Check them out if you want to go diving or boating on Montserrat.
