We went here on cruise day so we left from the port. I give this beach a three not because it isn't really nice, but because it's a long cab ride and there's not much around. We got talked into going here spontaneously because we were told how much nicer of a beach it is than Frigate. Once we took a 20+ minute cab ride there in an awful, crowded van over terribly paved roads, we found out that there weren't any cabs waiting to bring us back to the cruise ship. Instead, we had to pick a collective time with the group for that single cab to come back and get us. The time was too early and I didn't like the idea of having to rely on one stranger to pick me up. We ended up just turning around and going to Frigate for the day, which turned out to be perfect! It had nice chairs, places to eat, plenty of cabs, really cheap beer.
My recommendation is if you are only in St. Kitts for one day via a cruise, don't waste your time stressing yourself going here. Go to Frigate Bay and enjoy the day.
