This hotel has lots of great things about it and lots of really bad things about it.
Pros: It is located right on the beach in the middle of the tourist strip. Shops, restaurants and internet café right across the street. Each tower is shaped like a triangle so every room has a beautiful view of the bay. Each room has a balcony and kitchenette.

Cons: The rooms were old, and dirty. Many things in the room broke while we were there and maintenance was very slow in coming to fix them (toilet, shower, balcony door). The elevators were very slow. Some people in the front desk were great and some were terrible. You will have a hard time getting by in Acapulco if you don’t speak Spanish, especially with the staff at this hotel.

A group of 9 girls took off for a Stagette trip and we had a blast!!! The staff was FANTASTIC and treated us like gold, the rooms were comfortable, the food was great and the party was AMAZING!!!! Great place for mid 20's - mid 30's, clean and a great location. I would LOVE to visit again!!!!

“Some good, some bad”

Some good, some bad to this hotel . The good is location , the room was great very nice views of the bay, housekeeping staff smiled and were attentive. The bad is the beach very small, and dangerous- the waves are very powerful and come crashing in engulfing this very very small beach. This hotel is not a good one for families with small children. The food in the hotel's restaurant is pretty terrible no taste, bread is stale, and the service has to strive just to be mediocre. The parking situation was hopless- when I first arrived at the hotel, the driveway in front of the hotel was filled with cars and there was a long line of people at the valet. He was telling people that the hotel's parking lot was full and that they would have to find alternative parking elsewhere. I found parking about 1/2 mile away but it costs me 3 times the amount, per day more, than I had planned to pay at the hotel. I would probaly stay at this hotel again, if I did not have small children with me and if I was taking a taxi to and from the hotel.

I love this hotel so much that I bought 2 condo's from the building. Great hotel, Great staff, and Great food. I love Mexico and I especially I love Acapulco. I have traveled all over Mexico and I just can't complain. I'm an american and I love and adore mexicans. Remember, you and only you can make the best out of our trip. What you pay for at the hotel and what you get back is so much more. This hotel is for people who want to relax and not pay the BIG BUCKS and yet stay in a clean room with spectacular views. Again I love this hotel and the staff. Long live Mexico and the Mexicans!!!

I went a this hotel with my parents a lot of years. It'a a 3 star hotel, you have for your price. You don't have a lot of activities. If you love beach, don't go at this hotel because you can't walk and the beach is close some days because it's dangerous. The food is not very good, you will prefere to go eat on the street. In the room, we have a kitchen and you can buy some food at superstar. I recommend you to stay in a 4 star.
