We are all mole fans so this restaurant was someplace we had to try. There is a pot of mole at the front that someone is always stirring when you walk by. When we walked by it the first time, Sergio the owner, stopped us and offered us tastes of his mom's homemade mole on a chip......slighty sweet, slighty tangy - - very nice. We stopped in and ate the next night. I had the fish mole, one friend had the traditional chicken mole and one friend had the enchilada mole. We all shared tastes and I would come back and order each and any of the entrees. While we were leaving we heard that Roberto, our waiter, made the best mojitos in town. We stopped by a few days later to try them. They are great. They are made with pure brown sugar so they are dark when they come out but are very flavorable.
Sergio and Roberto run a great place - I would highly recommend stopping by.
