My Husband booked this hotel after asking him to book another that was closer to the ruins of Teothihuacan. I am so glad him he booked this hotel instead.
We arrived close to midnight and without any fuss we were checked in quickly and shown to our room.
The suites are large! And wonderfully decorated. The sitting room has a flat screen tv, a comfortable sofa, chair and small dinette set. A large counter in the hallway has a small sink, refrigerator and coffee maker. ****FYI the coffee package also containers the sugar and creamer***** The bathroom was spacious and well appointed. One word of caution...use the handrail to get in and out of the shower, the enclosure is high. The robes, slippers and towels are soft and plush. The bedroom is large and the bed is almost as comfortable as a 'heavenly' bed, there is also a flat screen tv in this room.
We booked our room with the breakfast option and it was well worth it. They have made to order eggs and bacon. Potatoes, sauage and other goodies in warming trays. Regular and sweet breads, cereals, fresh fruits, juices and yogurts are also avaible.
On the first level there is a Starbucks and small convience store.
I was amazed that not once did we hear any of the housekeepers or other guests in the hallways.
The staff was warm, friendly and extremely helpful and courteous.
Without a doubt I will ask my Husband to book this hotel again when visiting Mexico City. It was safe, comfortable and relaxing.
