My wife and I returned from Cancun today on our first Apple all-inclusive Vacation. One week was not enough at this beautiful resort. Great food, marvelous service. The hotel and grounds are spotless with a wide beach on the ocean. We appreciate the information that we received from our Apple Vacations Travel Agent here in PA as well as in Cancun. We would recommend Apple Vacations, The Oasis Cancun Resort and USA 3000 Airlines to EVERYONE!

My boyfriend and I just came back from our vacation 2 days ago. We had an amazing time. We can't say enough about the Oasis Cancun. We were a little skeptical after reading some of the reviews, but we were very happy with our choice. We enjoyed all aspects of the hotel including the food. Some people that are pickier eaters might not enjoy all of the foods available. I am quite a picky eater and I loved the food. With respect to the hotel room, we had no problems. The air conditioning was always on and it did not make any noise. We found that sometimes we had to turn it off because it got quite cool in the room. The staff were really nice to us. In a nutshell, you would have to be a pretty spoiled, ******* not to like this hotel!!!

This hotel was good enough for our first visit to Cancun. The best part was the beach,the pool,the grounds and the other American tourists we met there. The food was OK,but the coffee was horrid.I needed a Dunkin Donuts coffee but none around. The price we paid for an all inclusive was very reasonable,that's why we went. The sports bar is a joke and there is no night life, but we were so tired by the time night time came we didn't care. I would go back again but bring friends next time. Overall we had a wonderful time because the weather was perfect.

We arrived Jan 22, 2004 and the Oasis Cancun said they didn't have our reservation. They sent us to the Oasis Viva for our first night. After that they sent us to the Oasis beach and spa for the next six nights.
For the last week we got into the Oasis Cancun. They would not take responsibility for the screw up. We talked to many others who were also bumped to other hotels and they got vouchers for the amount of nights they were bumped for, but they wouldn't for us. Don't parasail off the beach because a guy almost hit the Grand Oasis building, landed by the pool and snapped his leg! Golf clubs $15 us to rent (crappy clubs). So if you actually get your room at the Oasis Cancun it's not too bad.
