The service from the start was terrible. My girlfriend had paid for our reservation in advance, yet when i arrived at the hotel i was told that I had to wait since the guests from the night before hadn't checked out - it was 3pm when this occured. they offered me a downgrade room as they best that they could do. i accepted because i was tired and frustrated. Second, they accepted my credit card and payment (i forgot that we had already paid for the room) and didn't notify me that the room had already been booked and paid for. I am currently attempting to get a refund for the additional amount I had paid and haven't received it as of yet, despite numerous assurances that it was happening.
