This is my second visit, there was a hen party in, most unusual but the girls were fun, the service was impeccable. Lamb was my choice of main course, but Andrew came to tell me that it was not up to par, so I had duck- yummy.
We decided to have a desert wine for the pudding course and Andrew brought out a bottle Cloudy Bay Reisling 2007, very nice indeed.
On Fridays there is a jazz night, but as we were there on a Saturday and I explained I was only over for the weekend from Lincolnshire, Andrew duly obliged and played the piano, and was utterly charming. A great evening had by all. Great food, wine, service and ambience. If you get the chance to go take it!!!!
