We arrived on the afternoon of the 16th of October 2009 and was greeted most cordially by the hotel management and staff. The greeting was probably the most cordial and professional of any hotel that we have ever stayed in. During our stay we found all accomodations to be superior. in the Rate this hotel above, I would have to put "Superior" vice excellent for all areas as the entire stay was superior. Anyone traveling to South Central Mexico either for pleasure or business would do themselves a great service by stayng at the Casa de Sierra Nevada.

My wife and I just spent four wonderful days touring San Miguel de Allende, and enjoying the delightful food and atmosphere at this quaint hotel in central Mexico. We were on a tour with my wifes' high school graduating class of 60 years ago. The accomodations, Mexican food, and hotel service were all outstanding. We would highly recommend a visit to this historic village and wonderful hotel for anyone who would like to see Mexico from a different and unique perspective.

At Casa Sierra de Nevada we were not disappointed. The Hotel is classic Old World Charm with all the modern comfort and luxury of today;s first class hotels. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed.

The entire team of staff was warm and gracious including the driver who picked us up at airport, the reception staff, the concierge staff, the waiters in bars and restaurants, the housekeepers, and especially Gustavo, who brought us fresh coffee and flowers each day. Plus he lit our walkway with candles each night.
