My family and I recently took the sunset cruise on the Buccaneer Queen and had a wonderful time. The entire staff were friendly and outgoing and they were definitely there to entertain.

The cruise includes snacks - which weren't all that great but not bad - and an open bar. The two hour trip takes you past El Arco, Cabo's most famous landmark, out into the Pacific Ocean, which can be an event on some days and then around the natural bay. You are in the bay at the perfect time to catch the sunset, which we thought was stunning.

There was entertainment and "games" to amuse as well as a demonstration of swashbuckling that ended with an impressive stunt (I won't give that away). We had a wonderful time.

I will note that there is a bit of commercialism on board. They attempt to sell photos and souveniers but hey, these guys have to make a living too and one only has to say no, thank you. There is no hard sell.

I have to recommend the Buccaneer Queen as a worthwhile cruise for all family members.
