The lobby is warm and inviting. The rooms are spacious and very clean,
with plenty of storage space for your clothes, hair dryer, fridge, iron and ironing board. A lovely big bathroom, very clean once again, our room even had it's own fireplace!! The staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble, very friendly!! Can't wait to go back again, soon!!

Stayed here for four nights. The room was ample and well decorated. Our room had a fireplace and was nicely furnished. The bathroom was huge and very nice. The pool was clean and very relaxing after a day on the town or after skiing. The hot tub was huge and we never had an issue of not having space in it, even though the hotel was full. Steam room worked great and was quite hot. Parking is $6.oo a night which was fine by me considering it was washed down nightly as was everyone's windshield. Also, the underground parking was heated.

I recommend this hotel as it is very convenient to everything and the staff were amazing and very friendly. Very nice stay.

Spent 5 days at this hotel - absolutely wonderful!! Were greeted as we got off the airport shuttle by the most charming bell captain - genuinely friendly and very helpful. The hotel was charming - decorated for Christmas like something in a Currier & Ives painting. And the entire staff - hotel and restaurant - went above and beyond great customer service. I've never met so many friendly people in one place. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed three nights here during a tour programme, and were really happy with the hotel. The rooms are large, very comfortable beds, and spacious bathroom. Staff were very pleasant and always helpful, and although it is a little way out of town, a taxi was cheap, and always arrived in minutes. The town of Banff is really beautiful - good shopping, wonderful mountain views, and a walk along the Bow river is delightful. We ate a couple of times in the restaurant for breakfast and once for dinner, but although the food was very good, it was for our taste a bit on the posh side, and somewhat pricey. Take a walk about 25 yards to the left of hotel as you come out, and eat at the neighbouring Chillis - very friendly service, good prices, roaring log fires, and rib-eye steaks to die for! Certainly, however, a well recommended hotel.
