This is the best Hampton Inn I have stayed in ever. The Hamtpon is known for it's beds so that's a given. What sets this hotel apart is the staff and the service. The 24 hour shuttle is really 24 hours and they are prompt. They have a business center with printer for checking in at the airlines. The rooms are great. Bathroms are great. The lobby is very nice. They will even let you park there for up to 8 days for free and then $3 CAD per day after. They have thought of everything. We were very pleased.

This hotel is 10 minutes from Calgary Airport, easy to find, no disturbance from planes overnight, lovely spacious room with two massive beds, buffet style breakfast included (this means plastic cutlery, polystyrene cups/plates/bowls and everything into the bin after-not very green!), but other than that perfect.

Always sad, this was our last hotel before our flight home. The receptionist, Mona Lisa (according to the badge), was/is one of the best I've encountered on this trip. Nothing was left unanswered (maps, restaurants, wi-fi, pool, check out time...). Even through the huge distraction of her colleague talking over her (who I think was her Supervisor), Mona Lisa kept her composure.

Later in the day we asked for advice on the local football game (Labour Day, Stamps v Eskimos) and the Supervisor receptionist said she had been working their for three years and didn't have a clue.

However, the swimming pool and slide are great! Beware - slide is VERY fast.

The front desk is very very friendly, we got a free upgrade at check-in.
Everything is up to the chain standard, room is big, clean, and quiet, shower water is big. Breakfast room is clean and tidy, food is above average.
The location is about 5 mins to the airport, 5 mins drive to Safeway and London drugs where we got our water and food before heading to Banff national park.
In short, this hotel delivers excellent value and service at a great location. I would recommend it to all my friends.
