Found staff to be helpful and friendly. Location was probably the biggest strength. It's in easy walking distance from most of the sights and just 2 blocks away from the victoria conference center and Fairmont hotel. Got some good recommendations from staff on places to eat and was never disappointed. Decor was standard anonymous hotel, but room was clean and comfortable and I felt secure. I did really enjoy my stay and would return.

We went to the Marriott in Victoria for 3 days. It was overall a great experience. The bed was Soooooo comfy I didnt want to getout if it in the mornings. Although I found the room a bit small for the price, the bathroom was very nice as well. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the rooms were quiet. Overall a good experience.

I loved staying at this hotel! We stayed for 4 nights, while attending a conference in Victoria. It's located across from the Victoria Conference Center (1 block) and very close to the Inner Harbor; everything was walking distance from the hotel. The staff were very friendly and offered amazing customer service. We stayed in one of the concierge suites and had access to the concierge lounge which was great. The concierge was extremely helpful in giving us lots of information on where to go and what to see, as well the lounge offered non-alcoholic drinks and snacks all day, in addition to appetizers and dessert, internet access and a beautiful view of the inner harbor area.

Front desk staff very poorly trained. Employee was particularly
unwelcoming.
View was entirely of another building under construction.
Definitely do not recommend this hotel to families with younger children.
Did not get value for money.
