This Hotel is excellent value for money, there was complimentary Internet, Breakfast, DVD Movies (Heaps of choice), coffee 24hrs in the lobby and buscuits in the lounge. Located within walking distance of quite a few places to eat, fast, restaurants and buffett. Room was large, bed was large and the facilities were clean and well presented. The only complaint was the noisy neighnurs upstairs.

Although this was not the worst hotel I've stayed at, it certainly didn't meet my expectations with regards to cleanliness.

Upon arrival, I noticed that the towels in the bathroom had several long brown hairs on them. Needless to say I returned the towels. There were also hairs stuck to the walls in many places, including the back of the door.

The bathroom walls had several holes in the walls that appeared to be in the process of being repaired (there were blobs of drywall compound) but it wasn't finished being painted or wallpapered.

We found at least three spiders (in webs) hanging in the corners of the ceiling that needed to be knocked down, the lampshades were coated with dust, as was other fixtures as well.

The mattress was somewhat comfortable but very dated and old looking, also there was a blob of something red (maybe candy or some type of food) stuck to the side of the mattress with hair stuck in it!

I asked for extra pillows as the pillows provided are really flat, almost like having none, but the front desk informed me that they had no extra pillows available on that night. There were 3 very flat pillows on our king size bed.

We stayed for two nights (only because we had to - we were in town for a wedding and mostly everything else in town was booked up, the Delta is nice and we should have stayed there like we did the last time we were in Fredericton).

On Friday night, it was quite noisy in the hotel, teenagers checked in around midnight and decided to play tag and party in the hallway..I phoned front desk and they did make a phone call to them and they quieted down somewhat.

Good things about this hotel is ample parking, close to restaurants, new television, well lit at nightime, mall, highway access, easy to find location, they do have continental breakfast in the morning but it was quite busy and we didn't have breakfast at the hotel.

We stayed here for a special rate, I would never stay here again for more than $80-85 a night maximum. It is really not worth paying more than that for this location unless they do some renovations and start cleaning their rooms more thoroughly.

We stayed in a room with one king bed. It was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel had wireless internet access and complimentary breakfast. Next door is Oddell Park which is a nice place for joggers. In the lobby entrance there is a map of the park detailing the trails and kilometers. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive from Fredericton city center. We would stay here again.
