What a treat and pleasure to stay at this Hotel. From the moment I booked my room until I checked out I felt I was welcomed and that my business was truly appreciated. I stayed the first week of March for the Canadian Briar. The Hotel was very busy but the staff was fantastic and paid attention to detail. Breakfast is served daily and the attendant was curteous and most helpful. Housekeeping kept our room sparkling clean and we had nothing to complain about. The front desk was most helpful with their knowledge of the area and suggestions of where to eat and shop. They were even kind enough to give us discount coupons for restaurants. This by far was the most enjoyable Comfort Inn I have stayed at I look forward to booking another visit to their Hotel.

I stayed here a Saturday night in March and it was uneventful. The hotel is pretty much the standard Canadian Comfort Inn style with two floors - ground floor having patio windows opening to the parking lot.

The room was clean and had a decent queen bed with a sofabed as well.

There was a *basic* continental breakfast included.

The hotel is surrounded by chain restaurants and shopping malls, so you won't go hungry here.

One thing to note is that this hotel is not that close to downtown Hamilton - in fact there is a sign near the hotel welcoming you to Stoney Creek. You are a good 10 minute drive to downtown from here.
