My husband and I just came back from a long week-end in Niagara Falls ( Memorial day) and stayed at the Best Western Fallsview.
I read many reviews about this hotel and was a bit concerned since some people had bad experiences... well I gotta tell you the reviews were abso wrong. The hotel was very clean, recently remodeled, the staff was very friendly and the location was just perfect. The falls across the street just downhill from the hotel, we were 2 min from the Casino, theatres, restaurants and about 5-10 min from Clifton Hill, it was a great walk with many things to do on the way ( souvenir shops.. restaurants etc..)
We booked a family suite which had a room within a room because my mother was with us, super clean, the room has a balcony if you have any smokers going with you they can use the balcony as the hotel is 100% smoke free.

The parking is $10, we did park there just because it was more convenient, but if you want you can park across the street for $5 a day. So overall I was VERY pleased with the hotel, would definetely recommend it and would stay there again hands down.. don't believe everything u read.. gotta check it out yourself...

Terrible and horrific experience in Room # 110. The room smelled so bad that I had to spray a ton of perfume just to try and sleep, we were harrassed by the parking attendant and followed into the building by 2 males at midnight as there is no security on the outside of the building.

I was accused of smoking in my room and was charged $311.00 when it actually smelled of smoke upon arrival and there were cigarette ashes on the bathroom floor! Not to mention the cost to stay one night. All in all, I was charged over $500.00.

I contacted the manager, Cameron, to no avail. Impossible to deal with. My husband has a corporate account with Best Western and filed a complaint. It has been 7 days and we have not gotten a response. I strongly encourage you to consider other hotels in the area.

Stayed at Hotel Christmas Eve . There is nothing wrong with the Hotel. We had a nice clean room and we were allowed to take our dog for an additiional $ 10 into our room. We also checked out there kennels, but didn't like that idea too much. It was a large unfinished Hall with a few portable kennels standing like lost puppies at one side of the room. But all in all we would come back. Its really close to Fallsview Casino. What's up with these breakfast prices??? 2 eggs,Bacon, Hashbrowns and toast for $ 9.45????? No coffee incl. Be aware the hotel charges $10 for parking each day you stay.

A great Hotel!!! I have stayed at the Hilton and the Radisson in this city as well as the Best Western and I liked the Best Wesetrn Better!! Don't let thier big names fool you, in this city there isn't much luxury to be found anywhere! The price at this hotel was much lower than the big chains and just as nice. They have friendly staff, a decent pool area and a standard family style restaurant, pretty much what you would expect from a family hotel. The location is great, only one block to the falls. I don't know what the other review was talking about, they are across form THE casino, the new one, the one you watn to be at, the casino in the downtown core was full of mostly locals who were way too intense and the restaurants there were pretty basic. The new casino has people just lookin gto have some fun, and FANTASTIC food!! Try the 24 hour deli called the famous, GREAT sandwiches and hand made fries!!! I like being away from the downtown clifton area beacause it is sooo noisy it keeps the kids up all night. If you want to stay somewhere quiet hte Fallsvie area is great and you cant beat the Best Western!
