When we arrived, they were helpful because our airconditioner did not work. We were moved to the first room inside the door which exited to the strip, next to the Ferris Wheel. We had a very nice time. Everyone was nice and helpful.

I am so glad I stayed at this Hotel. It was very nice and the staff were wonderful. We stayed for 1 night. Online you only can book double bed rooms and I wanted a Queen Bed so I called the hotel and they booked me into a Queen Bed with a sofabed for my 13 year old. When we arrived early at the hotel, we were given a double queen room for the same price. We also were given a room on the main floor so no stair climbing (we had a 7 month old with us too!). There was noise at night above and beside us. Beside us we had drinkers and above us kids that ran back and forth. Not terribe but a bit too noisy. The drinkers were loud at 330 am. The cont. breakfast was very nice and the dining area very clean, bright and large. When I checked out I let the manager (who was working the front desk and was my check out guy) know about the noise when he asked how my stay was, and he immediately took 20% off the total price. Thank-you. Did not even have to ask. I will definitely stay here again. The location is the best for heading out and enjoying the falls and attractions.

When you want to go to Niagra Falls and be out and about every day and not confined to a room - this is a great spot. It is right in the middle of the action on Clifton Hill, everything is within walking distance. My husband and I like to go to Casino Niagara and it is a 7 minute walk door to door from the hotel. We had 2 queen beds. The bathroom was a little small and the room is standard, however it was clean and relatively noise free. The hotel staff were friendly and the price was great! I will definately stay here again.

I have written a review before, and have to say after many visits to the Comfort Inn either with just my husband or numerous visitors from England, this is by far the best hotel for value in Niagara Falls.
The service is great, rooms spotless and the staff are all so friendly, we almost feel like part of the family.
If you are looking for value, close to everything this is the place to stay. It is great especially in the winter to just be able to walk along the corridor to Kelsey's, again a great place to eat and the food is always excellent.
We will no doubt be back 4 or 5 times again this year.
Give it a try you wont be dissapointed.

My boyfriend & I wanted to get away for the long weekend on a tight budget so we decided to go to Niagara Falls. We aren't picky people, just wanted a decent place to stay that was walking distance to a lot of the attractions.
Pros-
-good price
-free cont. breakfast, good enough to fill you up in the am
-located on clifton hill right next to the ferris wheel and many attractions and restaurants
-free wireless internet
Cons-
-weird smell in the hotel room - I kept thinking that my boyfriend was passing gas, but it turned out it was the hotel room
-phone wasn't working properly, tried to make a local and the user on the other end couldn't hear me. Front desk sent a maintenance guy right away, but he had no clue. We just left it since we were only there for the weekend.
-remote for tv wasn't working properly
-heat/air conditioner unit was difficult to work, couldn't tell if it was blowing hot or cold air
Would I stay here again? Probably for the price. I originally wanted to book with Rodeway Inn but they were under renovations.
