This hotel is located on a quiet street at a very convenient location, within walking distance to Casino Niagara and Clifton Hill. Free parking is available at hotel level and more parking on a hill right behind it.

Some renovation may be needed (just the hallway and bathroom), however, the rooms are decent with nice wood furnitures.

It does have some sort of tobacco smell along the hallway, but not in the rooms.

For the price and convenient location I would definitely stay again at this hotel.

We loved Michael's Inn! It was in an ideal location, being only a block from the Rainbow Bridge, a block from Casino Niagara and two blocks to fun-filled Clifton Hill.
The staff were very friendly and courteous and every area of the inn was clean and tastefully decorated.
We were so impressed with our room which had two queen-size beds and had a balcony with a view of Niagara Falls, the Niagara River and Rainbow Bridge. It was spotless and the beds were very comfortable.
The pool and hot tub were really well-kept and we liked the fact that the hot tub was actually hot!
We plan on returning here every year...trust me, you will not be disappointed!

We stayed at Michael's on there 2 night getaway package. We got a fantastic dinner for 2 one of the nights. I had the prime rib my wife had the Chicken which came which came with soup or salad and a full dessert menu. Breakfast each morning was hot and fantastic, the servers were wonderful and very people orientated.
Pool was nice and hot tub was a sizzling just how I like it.

I would stay here again and again the price was great for a two night weekend package.

I got a great price for a regular room one night and then upgraded to a jacuzzi room the second night. The first room was small. The jacuzzi room was beautifully decorated. Disappointed that the pool hottub wasnt all that hot, and really disappointed that the sauna didnt work. A few people called down to complain and were told someone would come, the next day went to see the dial was broken...guess the people got impatient waiting and figured twisting it again and again might fix the problem..We went here for the highspeed internet supposedly complementary, but we couldnt connect anywhere in the whole hotel..
