First let me say we have stayed here on and off since 1999-This time was by far the worst-the pool is not heated-the hot tub is filthy-we were put in the 600 wing that you have walk down two set of steps to get to and the people who carried out the garbage leaked bags all over the steps which made them sticky and smelly-make sure you wear your shoes to the pool it is quite a trek to get there-our heat didn't work the first night we were there so the next morning my husband tells the maintenance man in the hall he comes in looks at it turns it on and says yeah that's pretty cold tells us he would look into it we leave come back 4 hours later to a electric space heater not even big enough to heat the bathroom area??? The rooms and linens smell and housekeeping does not clean while you are there they basically go in change towels and make the bed!! The only thing this hotel has going for it is location!

i stayed here May 22-24, and prior to my stay i was sent a email saying i was going to get a rate of $59.99 for thursday. When i got my bill i was charged $89.99. i sent a copy of the email stating that i would get it for $59.99 but they didnt care. I like to sleep with the air condition on, there air condition was not on and i called the front desk and was sent a small fan. which was NO HELP. I expected to get priority parking since i am a quest, but their parking is open to everyone at clifton hill. If you go back to your room around 9 PM, be prepared to walk

The parking area smells like a urinal. The door to the room didn't close properly and it shook all night long. The air or heat didn't work in the room. The pool water was not heated and the hot tub was filthy. I want a refund and I'm contacting the headquarters about my stay. They need to really fix this place up. I don't know what kind of people are rating this hotel but it's by far any good at all. Sorry but I speak the truth. I was let down and so was my family.

My G/F and I stayed here for two nights and had nothing but great times and service. Thumbs up We will stay again and bring the kids next time.
