Stayed at the Skyline with my wife for 4 nights (17-21 June); arrived early (11am) and did not have to wait to check in. Found the hotel common areas and the room (1523) to be clean and tidy. Rooms look out onto internal enclosed carpeted courtyard; only drawback is that the room did not have any external windows which made the room seems dark even on the brightest of days!

Reception staff were very helpful and courteous. No on-site restaurant or bar but we ate a couple of time at the adjacent Perkins restaurant where the food was good, prices were reasonable but service could due with some improvement.

Although connected via a bridge to the adjacent water park the hotel does not have its own swimming pool. You can use the pool and any of the 3 sister hotels but a word of advice don’t use the pool at Hampton Inn unless you want to swim in a bathtub in the hotel’s reception area!

Hotel ideally situated and in walking distance of the Falls and the attractions of Clifton Hill entertainment district. Recommend eating / drinking at the Boston Pizza and Sports Bar where food was excellent with wide variety of choice.

Only complaint was on our second night when the hotel had an influx of about 30 kids who insisted in running around the courtyard and up and down the stairs between the two levels of room screaming and shouting at top of their voices from around 9pm until well after midnight! Although we called security they seemed unable to restore calm!

Overall good stay and would stay again if in Niagara.

I must admit I was kind of skepticle while shopping around for a hotel in Niagara Falls, some of the reviews were just not too convincing. I followed my instincts, and good thing I did. Come on, they are not selling you this hotel for a 5 star one, you get what you pay for, clean rooms, cordial staff. Definitely a family hotel. We arrived on Sunday, parked our car til Thursday, check out day. Everything was walking distance.

A great hotel to spend time in. The staff were extremely friendly. The room was excellent and we would only consider going there when we visit Niagara Falls again. It is so centrally located that once you check in there is no need to drive anywhere.

nice place to stay...friendly personnel. very accessible to fallsview indoor waterpark. my kids love it.
