We just returned from 5 days with the wonderful people at the Rodeway Inn Fallsview. Can't think of enough positive words to describe this Inn. The rooms are spacious and well furnished with excellent lighting. It was also by far the CLEANEST hotel I've ever stayed in. But best of all was the staff, who were helpful and friendly. We only had to ask for assistance with such things as currency exchange or a taxi or a particular location and they were eager and willing to quickly take care of the need. We had a delicious breakfast each day in the cafe, and were once again treated as if they were truly happy we were there. This is a great hotel for families or tour groups. It is within walking distance of the falls, even for my 70 year old mother. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone headed to the Niagara Falls area. I would like to thank the staff for making our vacation so relaxing and enjoyable, and for making us feel so very welcome!

After reading the reviews here, as well as the AAA rating of 3 stars, we decided to give this hotel a try (the price was right). What a deal it was! Our family of 4 had a wonderful time during our 3 nights stay. Free parking is definitely a bonus, as well as early checkin at noon. Upon making a reservation, we requested a refrigerator (for a $10 fee) and we were able to use a microwave in the main hallway. We stayed on the first floor of the newer section (we requested this based on a review we read) and loved the layout of the oversized room! Most hotels we've stayed in didn't have the floor space that this room had. It also had a separate luggage storage area. The room was kept very clean (good maid service). The staff was exceptionally helpful and never seemed to mind being asked for advice or guidance on how to get the best view of the falls, find a store, etc! The location was excellent - close to the falls, but in the quiet Fallsview part of town. The only disappointment is that our kids were looking forward to playing on the playground equipment, which was recently taken down. However, we stayed very busy sightseeing, and did not feel it was a big deal. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone (it's not just for the frugal folks).

We booked three rooms at the Fallsview for one night as we wished to see Niagara Falls & visit with relatives. I choose the Fallsview because of phone contact that I made with Amy & Raquel when I called twice to ask questions regarding the Hotel. I found them so friendly & accommodating that I felt sure they must represent a good hotel. We were not disappointed. All three families found their rooms to be large, very clean, quiet & within easy walking distance of the Falls. We also made use of the breakfast room & the nearby pizzeria restaurant. We consider the staff to be excellent & will recommend this hotel to all our friends who want a well-priced, friendly hotel. Our special thanks to Amy & Raquel for their professionalism & interest in making our stay a pleasant experience.

I booked this hotel for a trip with friends for Memorial day weekend after reading reviews on TripAdvisor. What a wonderful stay we had! The room was very clean, the staff - courteous. Breakfast is great too! I would highly recommend for anyone to stay here. It is only a brief walk to the falls. I'd definitely stay here again!
