My wife and I went for a weekend get-a-away at the Sheraton On The Falls... We were bombarded with different hotel offers and finally settled with the Sheraton On The Falls... The check in was fast, and friendly.... The room was clean and fresh... The fireplace was pretty cheesy.. Your tipical "Home Depot plug in fireplace"... But thats ok.. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was great except for the resturant.. The resturant gives itself the title of "world class dining"... Far from it... Prehaps one of the worst resturants I've been to in sometime.. Both dinner and breakfest were subpar... Check out was quick and easy.. The staff was extremly friendly.. The view was AWESOME!!!!... The location was perfect... My advice, stay, sleep, enjoy but eat elsewhere!

The Sheraton is a wonderful hotel. We flew into Buffalo, New York and took a limo into Niagara Falls, Ontario. We were greeted by a very pleasant staff, and since we arrived around 11am, our room was avaiable so we didn't have to wait. The room on the 17th floor smelled great, it was clean, and the view was outstanding. The bathroom was extremely clean and there was no hair on the floor or in the jetter tub. It was an overall great hotel, and experience, and the view was delicious. I would reccommend this hotel to my family and friends, and would return without a doubt.

Stayed in April when most attractions were not open, but the hotel was great. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The Spa people went out of their way for us. The location is one block from the Parkway on Clifton Hill and there are numerous attractions attached to the hotel itself.

The only drawback was that the rooms and some of the hallways were in need of renovation (cracked tile in bathrooms and missing light fixtures in hallways) and the decor was a little dated. Very kid orientated & fun, though. Cleanliness was outstanding.

Nice room with incredible view of the falls, and a nice bathroom.

It's a short walk to the lookouts for the American Falls but a 15-20 minute walk to the Horseshoe Falls, stopping for photos along the way. There are many places to eat close to the hotel.

The only negative thing was that Internet access was a paid wireless service and quite expensive. After enjoying free Internet access at other hotels this was a bit of a let-down.

We were going to eat at the restaurant with the great views but it was very expensive so we just ate out instead, since our room had the same view.

One thing we really liked was being able to open the window and stick our heads out for a better view (and sound) of the falls. Once you close the window you can't hear them.

We would love to go back to the falls and would stay here again.
